We know that hydraulic wrenches cycle many times a second, which would destroy the normal components installed on classic hydraulic pumps. TMT pumps are specifically designed for the heavy work loads needed to keep your critical bolting operations running.

OTC Cart Mounted Power Packs - Pneumatic or Electric
Traditionally, TMT pumps are used to the maximum for hours on end.  Titan pumps are built for the intense work loads and the extensive number of cycles seen when operating hydraulic torque wrenches. Not a classic hydraulic pump modified for torque wrenches.

Our Cart Mount feature delivers maneuverability and easier handling when completing large work loads.  The cart is easily collapsed for convenient storage and transport in a gang box.

6,000 and 10,000 psi Models Available.  Comes complete with a 20ft. twin line hydraulic hose with quick connect couplers, 25ft remote control pendant, quick connect couplers and a certified liquid filled pressure gauge.  Single or Multi Port Available.

Titan Whirlwind - Auto Cycling Power Pack - Electric
Total Automatic Operation!  The Whirlwind series make the hydraulic machine piston pump automatically until the desired pressure is attained, up to 700 bar/ 10,000 psi. So tightening and untightening can be done automatically. Manual control can be re-engaged at any time, as can the start-up of the automatic system. Pressing once on the remote control is enough to command tightening or untightening!

Titan Express Max - Pneumatic or Electric
Titan full service heavy duty power packs are the true work horses in the industry.  Lightweight and continuous duty.  The Titan Express incorporates a state-of-the-art heat exchanger that eliminates over heating problems seen with traditional power packs.  This insures that lengthy continuous operation is not hindered.  Both the air and electric models have a 3 stage 3.75 horsepower motor and a 2 gallon reservoir. 
Quiet operation only 88 dBA.

10,000 psi Models Available.  Comes complete with a 20ft. twin line hydraulic hose with quick connect couplers, 25ft remote control pendant, quick connect couplers and a certified liquid filled pressure gauge. Port Available.

Titan Express Mini - Pneumatic or Electric
Like it's full size predecessor, the Titan Express Mini is extremely lightweight and designed for continuous duty.  Only smaller.  Utilizes state-of-the-art heat exchanger eliminating overheating problems.  Incorporates a 2 stage 1/2 horsepower motor and a 1 gallon reservoir. Quiet operation only 88 dBA.

Titan Tensioner Power Packs - Pneumatic
Titan Hydraulic Tensioner Power Packs are design with a large air piston that drives a smaller hydraulic piston to produce the required pressures  There are 2 pumps in the range, 30,000 and 50,000 psi and modifications can be met to satisfy customer needs.

Comes complete with certified liquid filled pressure gauge, high pressure quick connects, sight glass, alloy reservoir, roll cage and filler breather.
